Issues: Precise language improves communication. Skills in sourcing and sorting information are now more useful than ever with the prominence of search engines. Keywords to be used or introduced during a lesson could be listed here to prompt a teacher to focus.

Recommendation: Compile knowledge banks.

• A knowledge bank is a store of information which can be accessed electronically. The Internet is a knowledge bank.
• File management is crucial. Files such as paraphrase table.doc and word count.xls were created to provide data for the word count of this thesis. They are archived files which are not linked but are included in the same folder as the actual web files so as to keep everything together.
