I will have to do my confirmation seminar again. There was some positive feedback but the panel felt that I had more work to do which will be outlined in their official report.

Overall, I feel I presented well but some of my answers during question time weren't compelling.

The panel report came out today detailing some of the issues raised during the seminar, namely:

1. Defining the research question more specifically.
2. Better distinguishing my role as a researcher rather than a teacher.
